1. Who is who

Publisher of Undig Cleaner: Zevrane & Co, sole proprietor (micro-entrepreneur). SIRET: 131 123 341 00011. Contact: support@undigcleaner.online. We provide the software and the license, and we handle support.

Seller of record: payments for Undig Pro are processed by Stripe (through its Link checkout), which acts as the seller (“merchant of record”). Stripe collects the payment, collects and pays the applicable sales tax or VAT, and handles payment disputes. The seller’s details are shown on the payment page and on your receipt.

These terms apply to every purchase of Undig Pro made from this website.

2. What you buy

Undig Pro is a license key that unlocks the unlimited cleaning features of the Undig Cleaner app for Mac (macOS 14 or later), including Autopilot. The license is personal, valid for the Macs you own or use, and does not expire. Updates are included for one year from the date of purchase. After that, the version you have installed keeps working with your key.

The free version of Undig Cleaner is available without purchase, with a limit of 2 GB of cleaning.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown in euros on the payment page, taxes included, as a one-time payment with no subscription. Depending on your country and card, your bank or Stripe may show the amount in your local currency. Payment is processed by Stripe, which handles your card details: we never receive or store your card number. By ticking the box at checkout, you accept these terms.

4. Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, we send your license key to the email address you entered at checkout, usually within 24 hours. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder, then write to us.

5. Money-back guarantee and right of withdrawal

You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, without giving a reason. Write to us: we approve it and the refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method. See the refund policy. This commitment goes beyond the 14-day legal right of withdrawal for distance sales, and does not limit your legal rights as a consumer.

6. Legal guarantees

Whatever commercial guarantee we offer, you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code).

7. Use of the license

The key is for your own use. Please don’t publish it or sell it. If a key is shared publicly, we may refuse support for it. Undig moves the files you clean to the Trash and records them in a Journal so you can restore them; you remain responsible for the items you choose to clean.

8. Personal data

The data we use to deliver your license and handle support is described in the privacy policy.

9. Disputes

Write to us first at support@undigcleaner.online: most issues are solved quickly. As a consumer, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge (article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code); we will give you the mediator’s details on request. These terms are governed by French law, without removing the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
