Who we are

Undig Cleaner is published by Zevrane & Co. For anything about your data, write to support@undigcleaner.online.

The app

• No account, no analytics, no tracking. Undig does not send usage statistics, crash reports or file names anywhere.
• Everything is analyzed on your Mac. This includes the similar-photo detection, which uses Apple’s on-device vision technology. No photo or file leaves your computer.
• License keys are verified offline on your Mac. There is no activation server.
• Local data. The Journal that lets you undo a cleanup, your preferences and your disk history are stored on your Mac only, and you can delete them at any time.
• Permissions. If you grant Full Disk Access, Undig uses it to see the Trash and protected folders and to read macOS’s permission list, all locally.

Update checks

Undig checks for updates by downloading a small file (appcast.xml) from this website. Like any web request, this reveals your IP address, the time, and a standard user-agent that includes the Undig and macOS versions. Undig does not send a hardware profile. Updates are cryptographically signed, and Undig refuses any update that doesn’t match its key.

This website

• No cookies, no analytics and no advertising, and no third-party scripts or fonts.
• Your theme choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, on your device only.
• Our hosting provider (Contabo GmbH) keeps standard server logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser type) for security and technical operation.

When you write to us

If you email support, we use your address and message only to answer you and handle your request (including refunds). We keep it as long as needed for that purpose and for our legal obligations, then delete it. We never sell or share it for advertising.

Payments

Payments for Undig Pro are handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller (and may offer you its Link service). We never receive or store your card number. Stripe has its own privacy policy. We receive only what we need to deliver your license and handle support: your name, your email address, the order number and the amount.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its use. Write to support@undigcleaner.online. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

If this policy changes, we update this page and its date. Last update: 28 October 2026.
